Cancellation & Other Policies

At Life Pivot Point, your well-being and experience matter. To ensure fairness, consistency, and a peaceful experience for everyone, please review the following policies before booking: Booking Policy Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, even if you plan to pay in cash or with another method at the time of service. New clients may be asked to complete an intake form before their first appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of the next client, and the full session fee will still apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. If you are feeling unwell, especially with symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. Your health and safety are a priority. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is booked, you may join the waitlist by contacting me directly. If a spot becomes available, I will contact waitlisted clients in the order they joined. Please respond promptly to any waitlist notifications to secure your spot. Emergency Exceptions I understand that life happens. In cases of emergency, I will do my best to be understanding.
